Digital Products All digital products, including but not limited to guides, templates, workbooks, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable. Once access has been granted or the product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Consultations & Services All consultation fees and service payments are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. By purchasing a consultation or service, you acknowledge that: You are paying for time, expertise, and strategic guidance Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual circumstances and implementation Services are educational and advisory in nature Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens.
