Obese? Nothing I would consider her, even at 5'3". She is one bad ass little package, rocking two babies and holding down a career and a family of 4. Power to her for feeling like herself and embracing the body that blessed her with those two beautiful children. Although Pink is wildly know for her high energy performances and high standard fitness levels. She is taking her time this round. She has yet to share her latest fitness regime crafted by her celebrity trainer, Jeanette Jenkins. Who is a home grown Canadian Trainer known for her Power Yoga and Bikini Bootcamps. You can undoubtedly expect Pink is hammering through metabolic cardio workouts and fat blasting systems to get herself back in shape. The most refreshing part, she is not worried the slightest about the scale but feeling more like herself.
In a time of the Yummy Mommy invasion it is refreshing to see Mom's like Pink, role modelling a different approach to the postpartum fitness journey. It is not a race to the finish. It is about finding you and feeling like yourself in the newest chapter of your life.
